What does sustainable sheep production mean?

It means producing sheep meat and wool by current and future generations in an ethical and environmentally, socially, and financially responsible manner.

The three stage consultation process

Led by the Sustainability Steering Group (SSG), the three-stage stakeholder consultation process began in January 2020 and was completed in December 2020.
